Application process
Use website to find child care providers. Phone to make a complaint M-F: 8:00am-4:45pm (if no answer, or if calling after-hours, leave a message and the call will be returned within one business day). Send an email to make a complaint anytime. When leaving a voice mail or sending an email, be sure to leave the address of the day care center in question. Also, client should leave name and phone number if they want a call back, however, this agency will accept anonymous tips (in that case, the client does not have to leave their name and number).
