Eligibility

- Residents of Northwest Ohio who are individuals affected by epilepsy and family and friends of people affected by epilepsy and those with developmental disabilities - Adult day service available to ages 18 and older - Day Services, Residential and Non-Medical Transportation are all accessed through County Department of Developmental Disabilities and/or private pay

No fees for education, awareness and outreach services. Residential services, non-medical transportation, and day program services are through Medicaid and waiver programs through the Department of Developmental Disabilities

Provides a wide range of services for individuals, family and friends of people affected by epilepsy and those with developmental disabilities. Services include information and referral, advocacy and case management, non-medical transportation, work skills lab/job coaching/community employment, prescription and benefits assistance, peer support groups, family support network, family camp, and quarterly education programs (Living With Epilepsy series).
