Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) | Ohio Guidestone - Summit And Medina Offices
Provides intensive outpatient (IOP) groups for individuals with substance use concerns and/or substance use and mental health issues co-occurring. Services include diagnostic evaluation and American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) level of care assessment, individual therapy, case management, peer recovery support, and psychiatry services.
