Application process

Walk-in clinic Mondays (except holidays) from 3pm to 7pm, no appointment needed. Other days, call, message through Facebook or website, or email for appointment. Do not urinate for at least an hour prior to arrival in order to ensure an accurate test result.

Fee

Many private insurances and all medicaid accepted. Sliding fees for services are based upon a client's income and family size, however, no one is denied services due to their inability to pay.
