Sliding fee $0-$50 for homebuyer education course based on household income; $99 fee for online class. Call office to see if discount code is available.

*Homebuyer Education Classes: Monthly, 6-hour course offered via Zoom or onsite; first-time buyers learn the ins and outs of purchasing a home. Also available as web-based course @ www.ehomeamerica.org/nhp.
*Packaging for USDA direct program: Local resource for income-eligible applicants wishing to purchase in approved rural areas. Low interest rate without mortgage insurance; monthly subsidy assistance to assist with house payment.
