Also available as web-based course @ www.ehomeamerica.org/nhp. *Packaging for USDA direct program: Local resource for income-eligible applicants wishing to purchase in approved rural areas. Low interest rate without mortgage insurance; monthly subsidy assistance to assist with house payment.
