<p>Open to individuals who meet <strong>all </strong>of the following criteria:&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>own a home (up to a 4-unit building) located within the City of Cincinnati</li> <li>occupy the home as their primary residence</li> <li>have delinquent property taxes that were accumulated between January 1, 2020-July 15, 2024. <em>Delinquent property taxes accumulated before 2020, or after July 15th, 2024, do </em><strong><em><ins>not</ins></em></strong><em> qualify for this program.</em></li> <li>have an annual income at or below 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI).
