Provides information and referral connections for families of children with Down Syndrome on a wide variety of topics via its Early Matters program. Referrals are also made to other collaborating agencies that can provide supportive services. Also offes resource lending library services reference information, collection of books, and DVD's that contain information relevant to Down syndrome including a children's library.
