Eligibility
Darke County residents who have received a report from the County Health District stating that their septic system has failed. Home cannot be for sale and all property taxes must be up-to-date. Must be an owner-occupied residence.

Application process
The Health District mails letters to those with septic systems that have been deemed to have failed. The letter states that they may be eligible for this program. Otherwise, clients may phone M-Th: 8:00am-4:00pm; Friday: 8:00am-1:00pm for information on how to apply for this program.
Fees
Loan does not need to be repaid.
