Assistance provided through four (4) methods: 1) Online Helpline: - Visit the website on www.SafeHelpline.org and click on the "Live Chat" button. 2) Telephone Helpline: - Call the Department of Defense (DOD) Safe Helpline. Staff can transfer callers to installation/base Sexual Assault Response Coordinators (SARCs), Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA) Coordinators, Military OneSource, the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline, and civilian sexual assault service providers. The phone number is the same in the United States (US) and worldwide via the Defense Switched Network (DSN). 3) Safe Helpline App: - Download the Safe Helpline Mobile App for iOS or Android. 4) Safe HelpRoom: - Visit the website on www.safehelpline.org/safe-helproom to see when sessions are being held.
