Eligibility

Must have a financial need. Air transportation: must be able to board a commercial airline coach seating and sit up in a seat with a seat belt fastened and travel without medical care during the flight. Ground Transportation: trips are for non-local medical care more than 50 miles away.

Visit website anytime for information or to request assistance. May also call M-F: 9:00am-5:00pm for live assistance. Leave a message after-hours and on weekends; the call will generally be returned within one hour. No local primary care travel available.

Information and referral services are free. All charitable flight programs are free; however, some commercial airline programs may include low fee.

Provides a connection for travel to treatment locations through commercial air and ground transportation (gas cards, or commercial bus or Amtrak tickets.) Ensures patients in need will be able to receive distant specialized evaluation, diagnosis or treatment. Also provides referrals to programs that provide low-cost options.
