Residential Substance Use Disorder Treatment Facilities | Transitions
Provides substance use disorder assessment and intensive treatment services in a residential setting. Residents receive individual, group, and family education and therapy and participate in other recovery-based activities. Residents also have access to an on-site primary care and dental clinic.

Eligibility
Open to individuals of any gender who are over the age of 18 and are seeking recovery from alcohol and illicit substances. Individuals on all forms of FDA-approved medications for Opioid Use Disorders are accepted. A clinical assessment is required to confirm eligibility.
