Eligibility

Open to Campbell County residents who own, maintain, and reside at a property and who are either:

age 65 or older
considered totally disabled by a public or private retirement system

Photo ID (Proof of age, if applicable (birth certificate, driver's license or state-issued ID, passport, etc.)),Other documents (Proof of disability status (copy of award letter from retirement system/Social Security))
