People who are homeless or who are threatened with homelessness. No age restrictions. Serves those who do not have a fixed address or lease, those who were homeless within the last 2 years, those who sleep in shelters or on the streets, or those in danger of becoming homeless due to overcrowding or eviction. This agency hold clinics at other shelters, but those clinics are only for registered residents of those shelters.
None to receive service. It is important to bring any documentation relating to the legal problem being dealt with.
Last Friday of the month: 11:00am-1:00pm.

Description

Provides legal clinics for the homeless and those threatened with homelessness. These clinics are primarily diagnostic in nature, and focus on civil issues. Criminal situations are referred to the Public Defender. Basic civil matters are handled in-house; more complex ones are referred to volunteer attorneys.
