Offers case management, a printed directory of local services available to ex-offenders, and assistance with fees for a birth certificate.

Provides emergency assistance with food vouchers, utility and rent payment, hotel vouchers and prescription purchases to residents of Oberlin and Kipton. Offers reentry program for ex-offenders known as the "49-9 Project" to residents of Ohio.
