No fees, unless respondent lives outside of Ohio. Then fees may be applied by the clerk depending on the state.

Assists the public in understanding and filing Civil Protection Orders (CPO). Advocates explain the general process of filing a
protection order in Seneca County and answer questions the petitioner may have concerning the process.

Works with crime victims in the area court systems (County Common Pleas, Tiffin-Fostoria Municipal, and Juvenile) to inform victims of court hearings and their rights as victims of crime. Additionally, our office assists with the filing of Civil Protection Orders.
