- Call the office for more information. - Considers referrals from judges, attorneys, prosecutors, case managers, police officers, pretrial services, probation officers, jail staff and self-referrals among others.
Fee
There is no fee to be accepted into the program, but there may be costs such as: - Fines. - Courts Costs. - Supervision Fees. - Restitution, if applicable. - Fees associated with electronic monitoring, house arrest, and so forth. - Fees associated with dropping urine screens.
Eligibility
- Serves Lorain County residents who are charged with felonies and have a severe or serious mental illness which has led to criminal justice involvement and for whom community-based, court-monitored treatment would provide the ability to lead self-sufficient, law-abiding lives. - The offender must meet legal and clinical eligibility criteria and is subject to the admission and termination criteria developed, reviewed, and agreed upon by the Advisory Committee. - Visit the website for more information.
