Individuals must meet the current 200% Federal Poverty Guidelines. Clients cannot have any vision benefits such as Medicaid, some Medicare programs and private insurance.
Monday - Friday 8:30 am-5 pm.

There is no fee for our free vision care outreach program services.

Description

We serve all adults and children and offer free eye exams and glasses to those that qualify. We connect low income individuals without vision insurance to donated eye exams and/or eyeglasses.
