People who do not have health insurance. If you don't have health insurance through a job, Medicare, Medicaid, the Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP), or another source that provides qualifying health coverage, the Marketplace can help you get covered.

Required documents

Information about household members (such as Social Security numbers and dates of birth), as well as employer and/or income information.

Application process

Open enrollment occurs November 1 - December 15 each year. Those interested can apply online or over the phone.
