By appointment only. OPEN ENROLLMENT PERIOD (every year): November 1st through December 15th for a January 1st effective date. - NOTE: For 2023: Open enrollment continues through January 15th, 2023. Enrollments after December 15th through January 15th, 2023 would start coverage on February 1st, 2023. YEAR-ROUND ENROLLMENT: Continues to enroll for Medicaid and Qualifying Life Events (QLE) after Open Enrollment ends.

Eligibility

Serves residents of Lorain County. MARKETPLACE ENROLLMENT: Must enroll during Open Enrollment or Qualifying Life Events (QLE) such as moving to a new state, certain changes in income (new job, fired, from part-time status to full-time, from full-time status to part-time and so forth), and changes in household size (marry, separation, divorce, birth of child, adoption, death and so forth). MEDICAID ENROLLMENT: Available throughout the year if the individual meets eligibility requirements. Ohio Medicaid Eligibility: - Adults (19 to 64): Must be at or below 133% of the Federal Poverty Guideline Level. - Children with Insurance: Must be at or below 156% of the Federal Poverty Guideline Level. - Pregnant Women: Must be at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guideline Level. - Children without Insurance: Must be at or below 206% of the Federal Poverty Guideline Level.
