Provides both in-person and telehealth appointments. Appointments can be scheduled over the phone through the Customer Contact Center and online. Same day appointments are available as well. Walk-in services include pregnancy testing and emergency contraception (morning after pill).

Fees vary based on services provided. Contact Customer Contact Center for more information. Medicaid, Medicare Part B, and Private insurance are accepted. Patient will not be turned away because of inability to pay. Following forms of payment acceptedt: cash, checks, and major credit/debit cards. Payment is expected at time of service.
