Serves residents of City of Kent who own a single family home. Income must be at or below 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI) in Portage County. Elderly, disabled applicants, and families are given priority.
Must provide proof of home ownership, income, current heating & electric bills, and proof of City of Kent residency.

Provides free furnace inspections and cleaning, consumer education, and (in some cases), a possible furnace/hot water tank replacement. Installs carbon monoxide detectors. Clients will be connected to all other energy efficiency/weatherization programs offered by this agency.

Provides supportive services for the low-income population of Portage County. Assists people in becoming more self-sufficient. Provides employment and training services. Offers utility bill payment assistance, efficiency and weatherization programs, and other services.
