Call the office for hours and more information. Those using a Library Express location can phone to request materials or request them via website (they will then receive a phone call or email to let them know that their items will be available on the next business day).

Provides materials including mobile hotspots for lending, books, DVDs, books on CD, large print books, downloadable audio books and eBooks, CD-ROMs, music, magazines, children's themed kits, and book boxes for educators. Offers storytimes for preschoolers and a summer reading program for elementary students. Provides free WiFi (extends to just outside the physical building), and word processing. Offers Library Express locations where patrons can order and pick up library materials at locations throughout the county and The Library Box inside NEO-MED's New Center, which is a vending-style lending machine with books and DVDs available for checking out with any valid Portage County library card.
