Eligibility

Age 0-18 can apply for up to $300 per year. Have to be legally blind and certified by physician. Age 18 and over can apply for $400 the first year,skip a year and apply for up to $200 more for a lifetime total of $600.

A grant which will assist members of the community who have been diagnosed as legally blind (correctable vision of 20/200 or less). Through the grant, funding has been made available to assist legally blind individuals. Members of the Adaptive Equipment Scholarships Committee are individuals, some with visual and physical impairments themselves, who volunteer their time and talents.
