Ages 18 and older. Must agree to a limited background check, and agree to attend a minimum of 6 of the 8 scheduled classes. Serves Allen, Ashtabula, Auglaize, Carroll, Champaign, Columbiana, Coshocton, Crawford, Cuyahoga, Darke, Defiance, Delaware, Erie, Fulton, Geauga, Hancock, Hardin, Henry, Holmes, Huron, Jefferson, Knox, Lake, Licking, Logan, Lucas, Mahoning, Marion, Medina, Mercer, Miami, Morrow, Ottawa, Paulding, Portage, Putnam, Richland, Sandusky, Seneca, Shelby, Stark, Summit, Trumbull, Tuscarawas, Union, VanWert, Wayne, Williams, Wood, and Wyandot Counties.
