Phone for an initial eligibility screening M-F 8:30am-5:00pm. THERE IS A WAITING LIST FOR THIS SERVICE (in many cases, this may be up to one year).

Fee

Subsidies are provided on a sliding scale based on income.

Eligibility

Must meet income eligibility requirements (200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines). In addition, must be employed, in vocational training, or enrolled in two or year college. Scholarship assistance for children ages birth to 5 years. Serves Cuyahoga County.
