AKRON REGIONAL OFFICE handles cases in: Wayne, Holmes, Knox, Coshocton, Summit, Stark, Tuscarawas, Portage, Trumbull, Mahoning, Columbiana, Carroll, Harrison, and Jefferson Counties. COLUMBUS REGIONAL OFFICE handles cases in: Marion, Belmont, Morrow, Union, Delaware, Madison, Franklin, Pickaway, Ross, Licking, Fairfield, Hocking, Perry, Muskingum, Athens, Morgan, Guernsey, Noble, Washington, and Monroe Counties. DAYTON REGIONAL OFFICE handles cases in: Van Wert, Allen, Lawrence, Hardin, Mercer, Auglaize, Darke, Shelby, Miami, Logan, Champaign, Clark, Preble, Montgomery, Greene, Fayette, Butler, Warren, Clinton, Hamilton, Clermont, Brown, Highland, Adams, Pike, Scioto, Vinton, Jackson, Gallia, and Meigs Counties. TOLEDO REGIONAL OFFICE handles cases in Crawford, Wyandot, Williams, Defiance, Paulding, Fulton, Henry, Putnam, Lucas, Wood, Hancock, Ottawa, Sandusky, and Seneca Counties.

Complaints must be filed within six months from the date of the alleged discrimination or within one year for housing discrimination. For mediation services, must file a complaint before mediation can take place.

Mediation to help settle disputes dealing with discrimination may be offered to those who have filed a complaint.
