Provides services to those struggling with addiction and mental health issues, on a sliding fee scale, based on a client's ability to pay. Services include screening, evaluation, diagnosis and treatment, individual, family and group counseling, case management, aftercare services, adolescent services, education, employee assistance programs for business and industry, prevention and education activities, psychiatric services, drug court programs, and women's services.
