SUPPORTIVE SERVICES | AMHERST OFFICE ON AGING

Assists in completing and / or submitting a wide variety of forms for programs offered to qualifying seniors including HEAP, Homestead Exemption, Golden Buckeye Card, Jobs and Family Services, Metropolitan Housing Authority, and Living Will/Durable Power of Attorney forms.
