The land must be devoted EXCLUSIVELY to agricultural production. A farm must be at least ten acres in size or evidence must be provided that an average yearly gross income of at least $2,500 dollars from the sale of agricultural products was derived from it. The land is subject to a three year waiting period immediately prior to enrollment before tax savings are initiated.
