Eligibility
- Serves low-income residents of Portage County.
- Only one (1) person per address can use the program.
Required documents
Photo ID and proof of hardship (EBT card with award letter, Medicaid card with award letter, SSI paperwork, or proof of low income).
Hours
- Tuesday: Noon to 3:00pm.
- Saturday: Noon to 2:00pm.
- Call ahead on days surrounding holidays to determine if agency is open.
