Eligibility
Open to individuals who feel they have been the victim of misconduct by a Cincinnati Police Officer or any person who witnessed misconduct by a Cincinnati Police Officer to file a complaint.
Note: Allegations of discourtesy, lack of service, harassment, or procedure violation are not investigated by the Citizens Complaint Authority and must be addressed directly to the Cincinnati Police Department.
