Eligibility

Open to members of Anthem BCBS Medicaid age 18 or older.

  • Destinations must be less than 30 miles from the member's home to be eligible.
  • Assistance is limited to 30 round-trips or 60 one-way trips per year.

Call Access2Care at least two business days (48 hours) in advance to schedule a trip.
