Works to help people in their 20's and 30's become better immersed in the life of the Catholic church and in this way become connected to others who share similar values. Participants are assisted in reconnecting to a parish. They also experience liturgies and share social activities. Staff works to help participants become aware of the social justice teachings of the church which encourage them to volunteer in the community. Ministry activities include retreats, and an annual conference. Works to help parishes become young adult-friendly.

Acts as arm of Catholic Charities responsible for the management and delivery of human services and activities that contain a ministerial component. Works in partnership with parishes, communities, and Diocesan offices to provide an integrated system of pastoral programs and services to those in ministry to others.
