Eligibility

Eligibility is based on family income that is at or below 100% of the federal poverty guidelines. Families whose income exceed the poverty guideline may also apply. An eligibility selection criteria sheet is used to fill vacancies. Children in foster care, homeless children, and children from families receiving public assistance (TANF or SSI) are eligible regardless of income.
