Eligibility

Serves caregivers of loved ones with any type of memory loss. Serves the following counties in East Ohio including Belmont, Carroll, Columbiana, Coshocton, Guernsey, Harrison, Holmes, Jefferson, Mahoning, Medina, Portage, Stark, Summit, Trumbull, Tuscarawas, and Wayne.
