Homeless by HUD's definition and transferred from the Donnellan Shelters' Emergency Housing Program. Head of household must be 18 years of age and be at or below 30% of the median area income level.
Photo ID Social Security Card Birth Certificate Show proof of income (13 weeks of pay stubs if applicable) and be at 30% or below the median area income level for Transitional Family Shelter only.
Mon. - Fri. 8:00AM-4:30PM Office hrs.
Families must be homeless and enter the program by being transferred from the Donnellan Shelters Emergency Housing Program.
