Eligibility
Individuals, age 18 or older, with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Must be referred by Cuyahoga County Board of Developmental Disabilities (CCBDD). The income eligibility requires that the person receive either Social Security Disability Insurance or Supplemental Security Income, or both.
