Eligibility

Cuyahoga County residents 18 and older who were formerly incarcerated, or those with a criminal justice history or any resident in need of computer access.

Generally M-Th: 8:00am-8:00pm F: 8:00am-6:00pm Sa: 9:00am-1:00pm (may not be available at all times). Schedule for classes varies.

Participants will need to register as a client of North Star (registration is free and requires client to provide contact information and to fill out a short needs assessment survey). Phone for information during hours of service.
