Foreclosure Prevention | Community Housing Solutions

Provides mortgage foreclosure counseling to help clients address their current or impending mortgage foreclosure situation. In some cases, agency will advocate on behalf of clients with mortgage holders and servicers. May assist and/or provide support for (in limited situations) clients who are involved in the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas Foreclosure Mediation Program. Provides information on budgeting and credit issues, available community resources, and the general options one might have when facing foreclosure. If needed, other services may be offered based on each participant's particular situation. Agency is approved by the US Dept. of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to provide mortgage foreclosure and prevention counseling.
