LAPP provides Educational Programs, Intervention Programs, Outreach Services, and Training to the community in general. Community Services are offered to both individuals and groups within the community that would like to learn more about alcohol and drug related issues.

Application process
Call Outreach Case Manager - Jolinda Wesley at 740-334-0139 is available for intake and assessments. Also available for Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT - "Suboxone, Vivitrol") assessments in conjunction with Shepherd Hill. Call for more information.
Fee
No fee is charged for Outreach Services. All other fees at LAPP are based on a sliding scale.
