Application process
Bring Insurance Card and Identification. If you do not have them, Peer Supporters may be able to help you obtain these. Intakes are Drop in from 8am-3pm daily, first come, first serve basis. Expect an hour to complete the intake process.
Fee
We accept Medicaid but no one is turned away. The services you receive may be dictated by the type of insurance you have.
Eligibility
Serves individuals 18 years and older who have or who are willing to be assessed for a mental health diagnosis.
