Early Head Start | Cincinnati-Hamilton County Community Action Agency
Offers a comprehensive early childhood education program for qualifying households. Children may attend a Head Start Center, or participate in a home-based option and receive weekly home visits.

Eligibility
Open to pregnant women and children 6 weeks to 3 years of age whose family household income is up to or less than 100% FPL. Children experiencing homelessness, children in foster care, and families who receive public assistance (TANF or SSI) are always eligible to enroll regardless of income.
