Individuals served include both youth and adults with mental health disabilities, physical disabilities, or socio-economic challenges. Services also meet employer needs by enhancing the business recruitment with prepared applicants who are ready to work while also providing retention services to incumbent workers. Program offers work readiness training, community-based assessments, work-incentive planning (SSI/SSDI), career exploration, supported employment, job development and job retention services.
