Application process
Requests face coverings when in the building. Call and leave a message 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week. Staff are sometimes available M-F: 9:00am-5:00pm to answer questions and mail a packet, which must be filled out before participation.
Fee
Fixed fee for membership, and membership may apply at some branches. Scholarships available.
Eligibility
Serves ages 12 up to 18. No restrictions on residency. Targets African-Americans and Hispanic youth, but all youth are served.
