Application process

Walk in for service or phone for information M-Th: 8:30am-3:30pm. A drop-box is available for submitting documents, should the client wish to (documents and forms can also be submitted via website). Clients will complete a self-assessment at each visit. Due to COVID-19, the Agency recommends that clients and staff wear masks (provided by the agency) when in the waiting room or offices

Veteran must live in Cuyahoga County. There is no financial need component of eligibility. Veteran must have been discharged honorably or under honorable conditions, and must have been on active duty for other than training purposes.
