Provides an online dashboard that helps Ohioans compare and evaluate nursing homes and assisted living facilities across the state. The Long-Term Care Quality Navigator includes facility quality ratings, inspection results, staffing information, and other performance measures to support informed decision-making. The site also features a Care Quiz that helps individuals determine which type of long-term care setting may best meet their needs. Designed to be accessible and user-friendly, the dashboard supports individuals and families in selecting appropriate long-term care options.
