Eligibility
- Serves residents of Carroll, Stark and Tuscarawas counties who are either hard of hearing, deaf, deaf/blind or part of a family with deaf members or hard of hearing members. - Serves those whose first language is American Sign Language; does not serve older hearing adults who are losing their hearing.

TRIAD Deaf Services serves over 2,000 deaf, hard of hearing and deaf blind people in Stark, Carroll and Tuscarawas counties. Provides support services, interpreting, leadership, advocacy and education. Triad is one of two (2) deaf-managed and deaf-operated Community Centers for the Deaf (CCD) of the 10 CCDs in Ohio.
