Coordinated Entry Phone Hours: - Monday - Friday: 8:00am to 5:00pm. - Warming Centers and Shelters will be activated by Coordinated Entry from November 15th - April 15th when temperatures are severe (32 degrees and below). - Cooling Centers and Shelters will be activated by Coordinated Entry when temperatures are severe (95 degrees and higher).

Application process
- Call the Coordinated Entry (CE) office (440-242-0455) and speak to a staff member or leave a message for assistance and placement Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) from 8:00am to 5:00pm. - Walk-ins for CE are accepted Monday to Friday (except holidays) from 10:00am to 4:00pm. - During the day during cold weather, those in need may visit the Saint Elizabeth Center from 8:30am to 5:545pm to get warm and to get a meal. NOTE: After 5:00pm and when Coordinated Entry is closed, the weekend/holiday/after hours process will be in effect until the next morning when Coordinated Entry re-opens. That means: - Single men in need of emergency shelter may call (440-242-0056) or go directly to Saint Elizabeth Center located at 2726 Caroline Avenue in Lorain (shelter bed availability determined around 10:00pm). - Families, single females, and single men in need of emergency shelter can call the after hours number at the Haven Center (440-233-8768, option 1) or visit the Haven Center located 1536 East 30th Street in Lorain (44055) to find out about emergency shelter bed availability.
