- Sliding fee scale based on income for Portage County residents. - Accepts private insurance and Medicaid. - No one will be turned away due to inability to pay.

Provides assessments, counseling, and outpatient treatment services for individuals with substance issues. Specialized programming is available for adults with co-occurring disorders (addiction and mild/moderate mental illness). Medication Assisted treatment is also available; can prescribe Buprenorphine (Bunavail, Suboxone, Subutex, Zubslov), Naltrexone (Vivitro), and Naloxone based on assessment of patient needs and level of severity of their withdrawal.
