Provides job training to assist older adults in re-entering the work force. Following an application/interview process, individuals are placed at a non-profit or government agency where they train 20 hours per week and are paid minimum wage.

Administers and coordinates regional employment programs for low income older adults re-entering the job market. Works with area employers to provide qualified, prescreened applicants.
